The Oxygen Deficiency and Enrichment Safety Alarm with Horn Strobes (formerly known as the RAD-0002-ZR) is a 0–23% room oxygen monitor designed to protect personnel from hazardous oxygen depletion and oxygen enrichment conditions. The device continuously measures ambient oxygen levels and provides high-visibility audible and visual alerts when oxygen concentrations fall below or rise above safe thresholds.

This device is primarily used in laboratories, pharmaceuticals, cryogenics, process cooling, freezers, manufacturing and research facilities.
